Known as the best celebrity house flipper, Ellen DeGeneres is back in the house flipping game. This time, it is her gorgeous Santa Barbara home with an asking price of $45 Million.
The house emulates the vibe of a 17th-century Italian villa and sprawls across 10,500 square feet. It has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, plus a fitness room, library, sun room and home office.
"The house is always surprising," DeGeneres told Sotheby's in an interview. "It reveals itself to you in new ways every day. It's not overly manicured or tidy. It's not overly precious or perfect. And it's a home that manages to be both spacious and cosy at once."
