Gigi Hadid In Gold At The Glamour Women of The Year Awards

It was a family affair at the Glamour Women of The Year Awards in New York City last night at the Kings Theatre, as Gigi Hadid was joined on the red carpet by sister Bella, brother Anwar and mum Yolanda.
Gigi’s proud family witnessed tennis star Serena Williams presenting Gigi with the Supernova Award, at the 2017 Glamour Awards.
Model Gigi wowed the red carpet in a glamorous gold couture turtleneck dress, with an intricate embroidered pattern and long flowing floor-length sleeves. With Gigi's Palestinian roots, Middle Eastern fashion was on display as her dress was made by our favourite Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad. The dress beautifully enhanced Gigi’s toned figure and complimented her golden elegant curled hair. Gigi Hadid finished her look with delicate jewelled flowery earrings and a large silver ring, which completed her Women of The Year style.

Serena Williams stated that Gigi Hadid was one of the few friends she would leave her baby at home for, as she praised supermodel Gigi’s achievements. From Gigi Hadid’s debut at New York Fashion Week in 2014, to the bestselling lines she designs with Tommy Hilfiger, Gigi's makeup range and her runway dominance.
Gigi Hadid thanked everyone during her 2017 Glamour Awards acceptance speech and also reached out to her fans sat in the audience, saying “I want to let you know that just because I’m standing here, winning this award, doesn’t mean I have it all figured it out. If you don’t feel strong every day, that’s OK. That’s normal. Something could happen in the course of your day that could change the course of your day, your week, your life.”
