The 21st edition of BRIDE Dubai is underway, as yesterday crowds gathered for the first day of wedding bliss with fashion shows, a style influencer and the unveiling of Debbie Wingham’s diamond encrusted $1 million dollar cake.
The BRIDE show Dubai 2018 has already eclipsed previous years, as we wanted to bring you highlights from the first day of the Middle East’s leading wedding and lifestyle event. The Big Wedding Cake Reveal
A-List celebrity cake and fashion designer Debbie Wingham made history when she revealed her $1 million dollar edible wedding cake, which she created with the help of Raffles Dubai. The cake showcased an Arabian bride created with real diamonds and a secret cake recipe. The edible installation wowed visitors at the Dubai bride show, as the masterpiece kicked off a weekend of wedding wonders.
An Appearance From Noha Nabil
The appearance of Instagram style influencer Noha Nabil at BRIDE Dubai created a frenzy of excited crowds and followers. The Middle Eastern influencer discussed trending topics which including the latest fashion looks and lifestyle news, as she looked gorgeous in lilac!
The next three days at BRIDE will also welcome Emirati YouTube sensation Taim Al Falasi who lends her expertise to the BRIDE team and Designer Mariam Al Yassi offering her style tips to eager fashionistas.
Highlights From The Main Stage
There was a stunning mix of Arabic, Asian and European bridal gowns floating onto BRIDE’s main stage, as the next couple of days will continue to showcase the best of bridal fashion, as well as workshops, demonstrations and performances. Combining different cultures and traditions with contemporary sass, there was something for every bride during yesterday’s beautiful bridal displays.
As leading Turkish, Romanian and Indian fashion designers also showcased their latest collections at the event and are offering visitors the opportunity to buy their exclusive products for the first time in the region.
Brides-to-be and their entourage were amused with jewellery, fashion, live entertainment and fabulous food, as we can’t wait to see what the rest of the BRIDE Show Dubai has to offer…
