2017 brings a whole new world of beauty trends, revivals and makeup products that will take centre stage on red carpets, social feeds and of course, our vanity tables.
These new it-trends are a tale of two extremes. While there is subtle artistry to contouring on one side, there is tonnes of glitter on the other. So be an early adopter and continue reading to find out the holy grail beauty trends for 2017.
1. Glossy Lids
Anything with the word glossy deserves immediate attention. The glossy look was the show runner in major fashion shoots and it’s time to add some subtle lustre IRL.
Tip : Just maintain the line between a chic glossy lid and a sticky look.

2. Chrome Nails
If you have a thing for bling then ignore the predictions, 2017 belongs to you. Intricate nail arts have taken a backseat giving way to classier chromatic nails. You can choose your pick from various styles that have already been declared the hottest trends for the year. Diamond nails, stud nails, shattered glass trend - the list is endless.

Semi-permanent makeup was a big deal in 2016 but the only one worth trying is micro-blading. It’s perfect for those who want to fully reconstruct, define, cover gaps or fill-in over plucked brows.

6. Pin Straight XL Hair /Cher Hair

We know you’ve just mastered the art but it’s time to put those harsh contour products down and embrace sculpted glow by infusing two blush shades: one to sculpt, the other to infuse colour. The technique is called draping and it’s all the rage nowadays.

10. Under Eye Makeup
Don't listen to anyone who tells you to keep it light under the eyes. As long as you can pull it off, go heavy under the eyes to create a super chic look. Celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Munn and Jenna Dewa Tatum are rocking the sultry trend and you shouldn't hold back!
